A fair process when something is not right

Start a return

Email help@digitalduuka.com within seven days of delivery with your order reference, the product and the reason for the return. Keep the original packaging and included accessories.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, tell us as soon as possible. We may ask for a photo or short video so the team can arrange the right resolution without unnecessary travel.

Change-of-mind returns

Unused products in their original condition may be eligible for return. Hygiene-sensitive and opened consumable products cannot be returned unless faulty. Delivery charges may not be refundable.

Refund timing

Approved refunds return through the original payment method. Bank and mobile-money processing times are controlled by the payment provider.
